WHERE
Revolver Upstairs
We are excited to welcome the return of bonafide house music legend Honey Dijon, for her Revolver Upstairs debut. A DJ who is well known for strong programming, passion and integrity, Honey fuses the bump of Chicago with more classic New York sounds and other European influences. The art of the mix itself is also very important to Honey, as anyone who has witnessed her play can testify too. The way she dextrously flows between house or techno with a warm, hypnotic feel is worth the price of admission alone. She has played at many of the best venues around the world including esteemed underground haunts like Panorama Bar, Sub Club, The Block/Tel Aviv, and Space Ibiza. Honey imbues her unique perspective into her productions too, most recently to her 2017 album Best Of Both Worlds released on Derrick Carter’s label Classic. Fresh from being awarded as 2019’s Best North American DJ by DJ Mag, and following a now-iconic Boiler Room set at Melbourne’s Sugar Mountain, charismatic selector Honey Dijon returns to Melbourne for a night in the cage.
